Obvi.<br \/>\nPer aconseguir un estat de pau, de serenor, que ens ajudi a comen\u00e7ar ben forts el nou curs, us proposo una relaxaci\u00f3 basada en la respiraci\u00f3 profunda.<br \/>\n\u00c9s una bona estrat\u00e8gia, senzilla i potent a la vegada, per asserenar el cos i comen\u00e7ar el setembre a tope.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Peromissi\"><strong>Aqu\u00ed una relaxaci\u00f3 f\u00e0cil alhora que profunda basada en la respiraci\u00f3:<\/strong><br \/>\n1\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Estira\u2019t en una superf\u00edcie plana o seu en una cadira.<br \/>\n2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Col\u00b7loca\u2019t una m\u00e0 sobre el melic, i l\u2019altra m\u00e0 sobre el pit.<br \/>\n3\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Inhala lentament, inflant el ventre, a la vegada que comptes fins a 2.<br \/>\n4\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Mantenint l\u2019aire als pulmons durant 1 segon.<br \/>\n5\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Exhala, lentament per la boca, fent que el ventre baixi, comptant fins a 4.<\/p>\n<p>Una publicista que us recomana respirar per relaxar-te, s\u00ed!
