{"id":9475,"date":"2024-09-19T06:56:14","date_gmt":"2024-09-19T06:56:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mosaiking.com\/?p=9475"},"modified":"2024-09-19T06:56:15","modified_gmt":"2024-09-19T06:56:15","slug":"les-linies-vermelles-de-la-publicitat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mosaiking.com\/es\/les-linies-vermelles-de-la-publicitat\/","title":{"rendered":"Les l\u00ednies vermelles de la publicitat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les l\u00ednies vermelles de la publicitat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En publicitat, anomenem \u201cl\u00ednies vermelles\u201d els l\u00edmits \u00e8tics, legals i morals que no s\u2019haurien de traspassar mai: pautes o normes (regulades per lleis i codis) que asseguren que la publicitat sigui honesta, respectuosa i, sobretot, no enganyosa. La informaci\u00f3 proporcionada ha de ser veritable i contrastada, ha de respectar tothom i no ha de contenir contingut ofensiu, discriminatori o que inciti a l\u2019odi. Tampoc no han d\u2019explotar la ingenu\u00eftat i innoc\u00e8ncia dels infants per induir-los a comportaments inadequats. Tamb\u00e9 hi entren la privacitat de les persones i la compet\u00e8ncia deslleial (falses declaracions sobre la compet\u00e8ncia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un cop feta aquesta petita introducci\u00f3, us vull parlar d\u2019una campanya que em vaig trobar fa uns dies passejant per la xarxa. Una campanya digital que vaig veure a <em>can Meta<\/em> (Instagram i Facebook) d\u2019un producte antiressaca, del laboratori No Worries, en qu\u00e8 el missatge que et transmet \u00e9s que pots destrossar-te el fetge bevent a tort i a dret sense problema, perqu\u00e8 amb una pastilla miraculosa tipus Lourdes t\u2019ho solucionen. La promesa \u00e9s que la p\u00edndola \u201cemborratxa\u2019t sense perill\u201d cuida la teva salut i preveu els s\u00edmptomes de la ressaca, perqu\u00e8 est\u00e0 formulada amb ingredients naturals que t\u2019ofereixen un suport integral durant una nit de consum d\u2019alcohol, ja que regenera el fetge i redueix els s\u00edmptomes de la ressaca en almenys un 50%. La campanya publicit\u00e0ria t\u00e9 la barra de dir que gaudeixis de la nit (bevent) i aprofitis el dia (gaudint).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En veure aquesta campanya, vaig compartir-la per LinkedIn xerrant de forma virtual amb dos dels grans de la doc\u00e8ncia en aquesta mat\u00e8ria, en Josep Maria Picola i en Marc Compte Pujol. Entre nosaltres tres i altra gent que s\u2019hi va afegir, es va crear un debat interessant en qu\u00e8 tots, afortunadament, opin\u00e0vem de manera similar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La import\u00e0ncia del control<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Per sort, el nostre \u00e9s un ofici sovint controlat, regulat i, fins i tot, autoregulat. Per\u00f2 el problema \u00e9s que de tant en tant alguna empresa se salta les normes i es despenja sense cap mena de rigor ni mesura amb campanyes de publicitat (per anomenar-les d\u2019alguna manera, tot i que no segueixen cap dels criteris per ser-ho) com aquesta, en les quals es perjudica clarament la nostra professi\u00f3. Perqu\u00e8, senyors, en publicitat, no tot s\u2019hi val. I m\u00e9s avui en dia, que tot s\u2019acaba sabent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les campanyes de publicitat sense control i sense prop\u00f2sit espec\u00edfic haurien d\u2019estar prohibides. No nom\u00e9s s\u00f3n ineficaces, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 poden induir a errors generant confusi\u00f3 entre els consumidors amb conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies negatives per a la marca, per al sector i per a la nostra professi\u00f3. Publicitaris: encarreguem-nos de comunicar promeses verdaderes. Sempre. I en tot lloc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre tots, publicitaris i no publicitaris, hem de continuar identificant aquest tipus d\u2019anuncis desafortunats i perillosos a parts iguals, per denunciar-los i censurar-los p\u00fablicament. No tot s\u2019hi val, i amb temes que afecten la salut s\u2019ha de ser especialment cur\u00f3s amb l\u2019\u00fas de paraules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jo em pregunto&#8230; per qu\u00e8 en altres sectors, si aixeques la veu un xic m\u00e9s del que toca, segons com, t\u2019emmanillen i vas a parar a la garjola? Campanyes com aquestes s\u00f3n \u00e8ticament deplorables i em sembla que del tot il\u00b7legals. Els nous mitjans eludeixen amb major facilitat les restriccions aplicables a la publicitat de productes que van directament a millorar la nostra salut i benestar. Amb posar segons quina etiqueta no n\u2019hi ha prou. Marques i campanyes que arriben als m\u00e9s joves, un col\u00b7lectiu que consumeix missatges i, per tant, productes, sense q\u00fcestionar-ne les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies. Comencem a entrar en un nou problema social; l\u2019era del \u201ctot s\u2019hi val\u201d i de l\u2019\u201cens ho hem de creure tot\u201d. En publicitat <strong>NO TOT S\u2019HI HAURIA DE VALDRE,<\/strong> i molt menys quan parlem de salut i ens dirigim a audi\u00e8ncies influenciables com poden ser els joves o la gent gran. Col\u00b7lectius que poden no estar ben informats sobre els riscos associats a segons quin tipus de productes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faig una crida a tothom per comen\u00e7ar a prendre consci\u00e8ncia en el que comuniquem i en el que consumim, i en concret a les plataformes digitals perqu\u00e8 comencin a assumir responsabilitats en la supervisi\u00f3 i l\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 de contingut il\u00b7legal. Sobretot, i ho emfatitzo, a les plataformes digitals que \u00e9s el mitj\u00e0 que m\u00e9s va per lliure.
